Our gathering will lead you to the peace and passion of winter with beautiful cross country skiing and the restorative practise of yoga and meditation. Twice daily yoga and meditation practise by the cozy fire and sunrise beams in our special house-studio. Sequences will enhance lung power, core strength and relaxation.
Ideal for beginner to intermediate level cross-cross country skiers and yogis of all levels, you'll receive a knowledge and skill in:
- Yoga flow practise and postures for your mat at home.
- Cross country ski technique and efficiency - classic technique, skate technique or both.
- Meditation and mindful yoga practise.
- Ski and equipment selection and fit.
- Breathing to expand lung capacity and exercise ease.
- Waxing and equipment maintenance - for minimalists to wax-lovers.
