Pre-Requisite: 6 months of dedicated yoga practice

The Yogini Path is a 108hr immersion into the practices, teachings and philosophy rooted in the ancient wisdom of yoga; infused with feminine embodiment and guided by the fire in your spirit. Through each session you will journey through your subtle body and deepen your knowledge with Vinyasa, Kundalini, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Pranayama and Mantra. Topics explored include the Yoga Sutras (feminine translation), the chakras and energetic body, the sacred feminine principle of Shakti and the goddesses, Ayurveda, the 5 Elements, Core Limiting Beliefs, women’s health and well-being. You will activate your subtle body and chakra system, reprogram limiting beliefs, explore consciousness and understand your true nature more fully. 

Program Tuition also includes: 3-Day RISE UP Retreat in Golden, BC (May 25-27 and includes luxury lodging, gourmet veg meals, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, dharma talks, coaching and activities.)

With the support of Certified Therapeutic Grade essential oils, both mind and body will recalibrate while steeping in the elevated frequency of pure plant medicine.
 I invite you to join RMT Chad Friel + I for an alchemy of relaxation and restoration. Indulge your senses with essential oils, deep yin yoga poses and therapeutic touch from skillful, intuitive teachers. The “tonic” is applied by the massage therapist to decrease muscle tone and provide a deeper state of relaxation.
. *A custom WILDHEART Chocolate Elixir from Toniq Juice Bar will be included for you to bliss out on after class.
Space is Limited to ensure you all receive quality massage time with Chad (RMT/RYT) who is providing the tonic. I will be leading the Yin and supporting with assists.
